Orders
Our price list is constantly being updated and can be printed or downloaded directly from the Marketing section of your login once you have registered.
Our Normal Trading Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excepting statutory holidays.
Standard Delivery to most of the UK is next day with a 95% success rate for orders placed before 4pm. There are certain areas where next day delivery is not applicable, please ask when placing your orders.
Carriage (GB mainland)
For mainland Great Britain, a choice of services is available. The charge is according to the service chosen, and weight of the consignment. Standard service carriage is free for web orders where the value of the goods ordered is £250.00 or more (excluding VAT). UPS and TNT are our preferred carriers.

Carriage (Non-mainland GB)
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, a choice of services is available. The charges for normal services are based on postcode and the weight of the consignment. Prices for express services (typically 1-2 days) will be quoted according to your requirements.
Payment Methods
Trade Accounts can pay Cheque with order or credit card on-line.
There is no surcharge on accepted credit cards.
Returns Procedure
First contact our customer services team on 0191 418 3188
- A RMA number and / or form will be supplied
- Pack the goods securely, with the original packaging if possible
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outer packaging
14 Day Exchange
All unwanted goods can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery date, but will be subject to a 15% or £10.00 (whichever is the greater) restocking charge to cover delivery and administration costs. Goods must be in "as new" condition.
